Cancellation Policy
UTV Tour Policy Booking & Payment Tours must be reserved in advance through our website or authorized partners. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking via cash, wire transfer, pay pal, Zelle Prices are listed per person unless otherwise specified. Refund & Cancellation We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are: 48+ hours before tour: Full refund. 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund. Same‑day cancellation or no‑show: No refund. Weather‑related cancellations: Guests may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Safety & Participation Drivers must 25 years and over and present a valid driver’s license. Minimum passenger age is 12 years (unless otherwise noted). Guests must follow the instructions of the guide throughout the tour. Participation will be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Health & Responsibility Participants should be in good physical condition; please notify us of any medical concerns before booking. Activities may include mud baths, swimming, and light hiking — participation is at your discretion. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Weather & Route Adjustments Tours operate rain or shine, but routes may be modified for safety reasons. In cases of extreme weather, tours may be postponed or refunded. Liability Waiver All participants must sign a waiver prior to departure acknowledging the inherent risks of UTV riding and outdoor adventure activities.
